The hotel has rooms with a jacuzzi and balcony, although the shower was not working as expected. The service, especially the receptionists, was excellent with great help from the reservation team. The location is in a residential area of San Paulo and close to public transport. The dining experience was included with delicious hot food. A positive point was the nearby restaurants, but the neighborhood was a bit run-down. The rooms weren't as depicted in the pictures.
