The hotel has rooms with a jacuzzi and balcony, although the shower was not working as expected. The service, especially the receptionists, was excellent with great help from the reservation team. The location is in a residential area of San Paulo and close to public transport. The dining experience was included with delicious hot food. The service was excellent, especially from the helpful reservation and friendly receptionists, notably Ivana. The location is in a residential area close to the sea shore and convenient for accessing public transport. The dining experience served delicious hot food and included grilled and boiled fish. Overall, a great value for money stay.
